Ryan Terry is a British professional bodybuilder born on November 17, 1988, in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, England, who competes in the Men's Physique division of the IFBB Pro League. His path to the sport began at age 14, when he first stepped into a gym to build self-confidence, a far cry from his early career as a plumber and gas engineer. Drawn to the idea of an athletic, aesthetic physique rather than sheer mass, Terry found his calling in competitive bodybuilding. His rise to prominence began in 2010 when he claimed both the Mr. Great Britain and Mr. International titles, defeating competitors from over 40 nations. In 2013, he became the first-ever British athlete to earn an IFBB Men's Physique Pro card, winning the UK National Championship, the British Championship, and the European Arnold Classic in the same year. Over the course of his career, Terry has accumulated multiple Arnold Classic victories across different countries and has claimed the Mr. Olympia Men's Physique title on multiple occasions, cementing his legacy as one of the greatest competitors the division has ever seen. Beyond competing, he is also an entrepreneur, running his own coaching and nutrition businesses. His approach to the sport has always been rooted in aesthetics, balance, and the mental side of training, qualities that have defined his career from the very beginning.
